Stands for Quality.
Quality of life, for which we ourselves are solely responsible. You can do a whole lot of living in a short period of time, but does that mean you thoroughly enjoy all you are doing, or do you grasp just the superficial and is your mind already on the next thing that lies ahead?
Too much, too quick can make you miss out on a lot of things that could have enriched your life and the experience. You may be fully aware of the main event, but it's often the smaller things surrounding it, that add the quality.
