Creativity With Spoons

I just can't believe what people have been fabricating with spoons. All those different creations are simply gorgeous and so unique. The only problem I would run into is that, when using metal spoons, soldering or welding is involved.

I guess that is why I am leaning more towards the projects made from plastic spoons. It is easier to cut the handles off and/or mold them over an open flame if need be.

I was particularly drawn to this light fixture. That is so cool, but it occurred to me that it wouldn't be recommendable to use a glue gun for this project.

The heat of the bulb might be just enough to soften the glue to a point where slowly but surely the fixture would fall apart.

You won't have any of those worries and problems by using metal spoons.

These pendants are a wonderful example of imagination and creativity, but there are so many more things they can be used for.

I came across large and small figurines, cabinet pulls, coat hangers and flowers to name a few.

The plastic spoons can be bought in several different colors. Should you have a particular color in mind and it can't be found then you can always resort to spray painting your project with a paint specifically designed for plastic.

You always have the option to change the color of either the metal or the plastic. It is all a matter of using your imagination and when you do, you will make a huge discovery.

The options are endless!
