Arty, Watery Fun
Our grandson loves to take a bath and would announce late in the afternoon that he needed a bath, because he was dirty. As soon as he got in the tub he said he was taking a shower. He would fill up several plastic cups and used them as shower heads by emptying them on his head.
That prompted the question on my part if he would rather take a shower, instead of a bath. It would not present a problem rinsing him off and keeping the soap out of his eyes, because we have one of those handheld shower heads. He claimed to prefer a bath though.
He may resort to grabbing a quick shower when he is older and is pressed for time. It is good to know he can do that even at places where the water pressure is low; all it would take is purchasing one of the low pressure shower heads and he would be good to go.
For now, he has fun fabricating his own shower with anything that holds water. Yeah, even something as small as a bottle cap is turned into a shower head. How artistic!
