Easter Egg Decorating

You have got about a week to figure out how to bring some colorful eggs to the table and make Easter even more joyful then it already is.

Most of us will probably resort to painting the eggs, but it sure doesn't have to be as elaborate as this one, although a little creativity is always helpful.

You can already achieve excellent results by using a few basic colors; a little animal face is painted rather quickly and so are some symmetrical figures.

If you have the time, you can always go in to details and paint a beautiful scene on the eggs, or turn it into a very decorative piece by using beads, glitter, paisleys, ribbons and other small items which you can glue on it.

Even though these eggs are decorated rather simple, I love them. They are cute, easy to make and still quite original, which lends itself very well for children to create some unique Easter eggs.

You can try different things and see what works out best, or in other words; don't put all your eggs in one basket! :-)
