Bowling Ball Art

While I was doing my posts on gazing ball art, I also came across lots of works of art made from bowling balls. As a matter of fact, bowling balls are used even as gazing balls, but there is a lot more you can do with them.

If you have a retired bowling ball, or know someone who has too many and wants to get rid of them, then you give those bowling balls a new life by painting them and using the already existing holes as a basis to embellish them any way you see fit.

I have come across bowling balls which were half covered in a pot and the holes, which were on top, were used to hold artificial flowers, or unique formed branches. Maybe a good idea for Easter???

It would never have crossed my mind to use them for furniture, but take a look at this table; how clever and how stylish! It prods a lot of other possibilities on how to incorporate bowling balls in our interior.

It seems to me like the bowling ball has outgrown the bowling alley!

BBQ,
I am usually not a fan of modern furniture, but I liked this table a lot.

God's Grace.
