For transforming rubber bands into artistic jewelry you may need either a good adhesive or a needle and thread.
I am not sure, but I can imagine that for really large projects a framework may be required which functions as a foundation.
Creating smaller projects with rubber bands is a snap. Oh, speaking of which; be careful not to stretch them too far, because when they snap it hurts!
