Bottle Cap Art - Materials and Equipment

You guessed it; what you need for this hobby is bottle caps; lots and lots of bottle caps. Well, the latter may not be entirely true; if you intend to create a figurine with them then you may not need that many.

Anything else you need entirely depends on what project you have in mind. For figurines, you would need either a good, strong adhesive or maybe even solder equipment. For making jewelry: a drill for making the holes in the caps and wire or thread.

I am not sure whether there are books on bottle cap art available or not, but I found all kinds of bottle cap crafts with instructions online. If need be; apparently even the bottle caps can be purchased online, but you may take the time to collect them yourself.

It would not take very long if the entire family and all your friends would help out. You would build up a substantial amount of bottle caps in no time. How?

By organizing a party! :-)
