"P"

For me, is associated with Prayer, but also with Persistence, Perseverance and Pride.

What is the connection in those? This is how I see it:

We all have our pride, which interferes with acknowledging and admitting to ourselves we are far from perfect. We have to set that pride aside and continually persist and persevere in doing so, in order to become a better person.
I believe we can not do that on our own and prayer is in order, to get the strength needed, to overcome ourselves.
