Local Art

The other day, we got the new yellow pages phone book. To be honest with you; I hate that thing and would rather get rid of it all together. It is hardly ever used and only takes up space. It is much quicker and easier to use the local yellowpages online and find any store, business or service we need.

This would also fit in with my desire to go green, since it would save lots of paper and consequently lots of trees. This local search does much more then simply churning out what I am searching for; it also gives me the exact location with accurate driving instructions, contact information, opening hours and reviews of actual customers.

I need to keep that site in mind for when we go on vacation; we could find anything from restaurants to a Craft Store in Myrtle Beach for instance, in no time. No need for a computer either; as long as we have access to the Internet with our mobile phone we are set and ready to go local!
