Ike
We have been watching hurricane Ike closely. Even though we are out of the danger-zone, for which we are so grateful, we will get some storm surge and the potential of flooding is great.
We thought Katrina was enormous, but Ike is even larger. Not our area, but mainly the coastal communities and the Island, will have to deal with great amounts of water.
It is nothing compared to those who take a direct hit and we keep all of them in our prayers. Hopefully, the damage will be minimal. Although as it is beating and raging through Texas right now, that is highly unlikely.
I hate hurricane season. I am sure, many will sympathize.

Scary, isn't it?
Praise Him for His protection over all of you =)
Audrey,
Scare it is, but I don't like the devastation it can cause and leave people with. That breaks my heart.
God's Grace.
