Hurricane Gustav

Gustav already turned into a category 3 hurricane, literally over night, and as soon as it hits the open waters of the Gulf, it can strengthen even more. It already claimed many victims and is only at the beginning of its raging course.

With this hurricane on the way, Louisiana is already in a state of emergency. Right now, the predicted path is pointing straight at them, but that can change in the blink of an eye and it could head straight towards us as well. Louisiana in particular, is still recovering from Katrina. I don't know if they could take another hit like that. It could be devastating.

I wish this hurricane would hit no where and just vanish in to thin air. That is wishful thinking, I know. I just pray, that where ever it hits, it will do little to no damage.
