Less Is More

For those of you who are still looking for a unique, adorable Halloween costume, here is one that made the news and has got everyone talking:

Isn't that cute? It is incredible what you can accomplish with a little imagination and creativity. It doesn't have to be very elaborate and detailed either. The expression that less is more definitely is true in this case.

The father apparently fabricated this Halloween costume in his garage with very little materials and equipment. It is a great example that you don't need to spend an arm and a leg to stand out from the crowd.

There are some wonderful, scary, and fabulous Halloween costumes for sale in the stores. That is most certainly an option for those of us who are not very handy with needle and thread, but don't be surprised when running into look-alikes.

It may sound silly, but the kids that are dressed as ghosts and are wearing nothing but a simply white sheet draped around them still steal my heart. I can't help it, I find it more adorable than most of the store-bought costumes. Don't ask me why; I simply do.

Maybe it is because I associate Halloween with ghostly figures and they fit the bill!
