A Potential For Creativity
I already told you on several occasions how much I enjoy watching all the DIY shows on TV. It always amazes me, seeing how they take a room from bland to astonishing.
It doesn't take much to achieve that stunning effect; with just a can of paint and/or applying one of the abundant, different paint techniques is already enough to create a stunning effect.
You are not very likely to do that when you are living in a rental, because when you move out, you probably would have to change it back to the way it was when you got it or risk loosing your deposit.
Now may be the time to scour through real estate broker websites and find a house you can call your own. I don't think it would be hard finding one that has potential and once you let your creativity get the best of you, you too will transform your home in to your castle!
